1. Respect people
Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, shame, or organize abuse against another person. We do not allow hateful conduct or attacks based on protected characteristics.
2. Protect children
Sexual exploitation, grooming, endangerment, or sexualized content involving minors is prohibited. Never request or share sexual content involving anyone under 18. We report apparent child exploitation as required by law.
3. No sexual exploitation
Do not share non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, trafficking content, or content that exploits another person. Adult nudity or sexual activity may be removed or restricted based on context and product rules.
4. Prevent violence and serious harm
Do not make credible threats, praise violent extremist organizations, facilitate violence, or show extremely graphic violence for shock value. Content involving self-harm, dangerous challenges, or regulated goods may be removed, limited, or paired with safety resources.
5. Be authentic
Do not deceptively impersonate people or organizations, coordinate fake engagement, operate scams, distribute malware, or manipulate ALTIMIT's systems. Clearly disclose materially sponsored content and real business relationships.
6. Respect privacy
Do not expose private addresses, financial details, identity documents, login credentials, or other sensitive information without permission. Recording or sharing private communications must follow applicable law.
7. Respect creative rights
Upload only content you created or have permission to use. Copyright, trademark, music, likeness, and publicity rights still apply to Flips, Shots, Stories, LIVE rooms, audio, and remixes.
8. Keep the platform trustworthy
Spam, mass solicitation, misleading metadata, fraudulent giveaways, engagement trading, unauthorized automated collection, and attempts to evade enforcement are prohibited.
9. Reporting and enforcement
Use the report option on content or profiles when something may violate these Guidelines. You can also block accounts. ALTIMIT may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, suspend LIVE access, or terminate accounts. Severe cases may be referred to appropriate authorities.
10. Context and appeals
Newsworthiness, documentary, educational, artistic, and counterspeech context may affect a decision, but context is not an automatic exception. Where available, enforcement notices will explain the decision and provide a way to request review.
11. Get help
For safety questions or urgent reporting assistance, visit ALTIMIT Support or email support@altimit.app. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
